Happy be better Thursday to you!
As my relationship series continues I’m getting more and more excited about the subject.
It’s important to stay aware of the whole as much as possible. Focusing in one side not only brings us suffering, but it goes against our universal laws.
What do you think about these examples *|FNAME|*?
It’s essential to inhale and exhale. You will be in trouble if you only do one of them.
It’s essential to sleep and be awake. You will be in trouble if you only do one of them.
It’s essential to talk and be quiet. You will be in trouble if you only do one of them.
Because we live in a dimension of duality, one side perfectly co-exists with it’s opposite and becomes one. Nature shows us that a coin cannot exits if it doesn’t have 2 sides.
But when we are upset/sad/frustrated (and/or high and allured ) our mind stubbornly insists in only seeing one side and forgets the whole.
When it’s cloudy, overcast and rainy it’s hard to remember that the sun is still shining.
The fact that we can’t see it or experience it in that moment makes us feel that the sun just shut off in the middle of the storm.
Why is this important in relationship?
Because the less one sided we are the less we suffer.
The more you can appreciate and remember the sun during the storm (specially because we can’t see it) the more inmune you will be to the storm.
This helps us realize that we are only standing in one side of the coin and that inevitably we will eventually stand on the other side. Because we live within whole entities not within sides.
