Why Meditate?

I have a question for you:

Have you ever meditated? (you might be thinking why meditate?), or maybe you have meditated for years but you haven’t been meditating regularly lately?

Or you might have a pretty regular and steady meditation practice. If so, please share with us which benefit of meditation you appreciate the most?

In this video (besides inviting you to meditate) I share the most important benefits of meditation that I have experienced through out my practice. Is also the one I constantly notice and enjoy the most.

The internet is inundated with information on how beneficial  meditation can be. It all ranges from a spiritual view to a scientific view. When I read through the infinite lists of benefits I can relate to all of them!

– Yet the space that starts appearing between your thoughts and being the witness of your thoughts is the one benefit that I appreciate the most.

Which meditation benefit attracts you to start (or continue) meditating?

Remember the busier you are the more you can benefit from meditating. Consider stopping, and taking a moment in your rushed day to make space for your meditation practice. Start today, it only takes 5 min. (or less).
