Have you ever stopped to think about who were you being in the midst of your day?
Consciously or not, to be better and cultivate piece of mind in our lives we have to look at every single task or decision we make from moment to moment, because they formulate who we are in that instant. From preparing a special meal for the family, to attending a rowdy basketball game, in all of the daily tasks we do, we can decide to infuse them with the best essence of our being.
I made this video to remind us that we can be better if we consciously practice to choose qualities derived from Love in any action that we take. It serves as a reminder to observe how most of the default qualities of being are derived from fear. Our society has lead us to believe that if we conquer a certain responsibility or chore, that we will be rewarded with success; and, that our happiness is solely based upon getting things done.
But is this really true?
In my journey to be better everyday I found that to be false. In this video I provide you with my insight on how by focusing on being while you do things keeps you connected with your source helping you evolve into a higher version of who you are and allowing you to fully express the loving qualities that you already have in you.
This subject excites me so much!! Specially how we humans tend to put so much value into what we do and so less into the quality of who we are. I forget this truth constantly in my life, must commonly in the area of my career. I would love to hear your thoughts, on how you get trapped into the doing of life and forget about who you are being.
