I am a Graphic Designer Entrepreneur (big time!) and you would ask:
Why do you have a blog about becoming better everyday and staying healthy then?
Because I’m obsessed with healthy living and personal development! and most of all I love learning and becoming a better person everyday. You know, human beings are complicated, we are so many things at once. But just so you know I also co-created a blog at Dari Design Studio (in case you are curious).
So here is all you need to know about me (and more)
I’m a very bold spiritual women who just decided to come out of the spiritual closet. I’m also a life coach “wanna be” who is very passionate about embracing healthy living across the board, a “getting on your nerves” kind of a planner, a born risk-taker, a good listener (70% of the time) and an overly talkative kinda girl (depending on the situation).
I am amazing at teaching and sharing what I know. I have a natural astonishing talent for inspiring and motivating others and I get a kick out of planning and organizing the future ahead, especially when I follow through and reach a mega goal (which does happen often).
I’ve devoted most of my life to exploring art and designing and to studying self-awareness and balance (This is the first time I say this out loud).
When you see me, read me or reach out to me, you can expect a committed “go getter” being at service and sharing from a place of love, honesty and compassion.
And you’ll probably be surprised & delighted by the way I put healthy food combinations together, by my quirky “I don’t know where you are from” accent, my fitness and nutrition obsession, my very versatile curly hair and my ultimate desire to express myself freely!!
My work matters because by sharing my life journey (the good and the not so good) I alleviate the suffering caused by isolation in the world and inside myself. Which means it makes the world a better place. Which really means it helps you (and me) to remember that we belong, we are not alone and that YES indeed we ARE all ONE.
And I am here to remind you that SHARING IS CARING, that my journey and my experiences are medicine for you and vice versa. That we need people to take a stand to consistently inspire us by bringing extraordinary to the ordinary everyday. And I decided I am one of those (very needed) people who commits (scary word!) to take that stand for me and for the benefit of those around me (by around me I mean the whole world).
My question for you is what do you secretly wish you could improve in yourself? Did reading about me made triggered all sorts of questions about yourself?… If so this is a good thing! Let’s wake up into a higher consciousness together!
So, to sum it up?
I’m a teacher, a student, and everything in between, a very motivated “work in progress” brave Latina transforming dull life into a STRONG VIDA and talking about it out loud.
I’m also excited to learn to write better in english by practicing on this blog. So, corrections are always welcome! If you like what I wrote above I have a little confession to make, I did it with a little bit of help from a fellow blogger (love her work). Thank you Alexandra!
Do you like what you see?
Yes? Thats great! I am so proud of what I do and so grateful to have the opportunity to do all this. However, I certainly haven’t done all this alone. I have many mentors in my life yet this blog wouldn’t had been possible without two very important people en mi vida.
My sister. One of my biggest inspirations and mentors. She is also my fan, always rowing for me. We are business and family partners for ever regardless of any circumstances of the world. She impulses me everyday by example. She designed Strong Vida’s amazing logo and brand. Your are cordially invited to check out her blog. Her work speaks for it self!
My love. We share so many things in common. The very first idea of creating this blog came from him. Even the name of the blog came from him. Besides being a huge inspiration in my life, and my partner in crime, he is the wizard that makes all things in my imagination manifest online. He contributes to this blog as much as I do and I will be forever grateful to have him in my life. You can check out his site. He is the best programmer ever –many people agree with me!
